Thai Black Jasmine Rice

The rice was developed through the cross breeding between Black Glutinous Rice and Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice. After cooking, the grain is tender in purple-black. The rice is also volumized with the mild aroma. The rice contains high levels of antioxidants, anthocyanin and pollyphenol.
